Rule 32
Can send in writing to take departmental action

(1) The public prosecutor may send in writing to the Attorney General for departmental action against the following employees or officers in the following cases:-
(a) If the prosecution, decision or argumentation of the case is adversely affected due to not following the instructions given to the concerned body or not providing the assistance requested in accordance with this regulation, the head of the body who does not follow the instructions, (b) If the case is affected due to the fact that any, missle, file or document is not sent on time when requested, the head of department, head of office or related staff who does not send such decision, missle, file or document,
(c) In the course of the case or in studying the documents received for legal opinion, the officer working as the head of any agency has violated the law or has acted with dishonesty or dishonesty, causing damage to the Government of Nepal or affecting the public interest or causing damage or harassment to the general public. If seen to have done so, the officer acting as the head of such body,
(d) In cases where the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff in cases other than those listed in the Act, such employees are prosecuted differently from the decision of the public prosecutor.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is necessary to investigate the written action received from the concerned government attorney or if it is necessary to send a written document to the Attorney General from any source for departmental action even if no such writing is received from the government attorney, the Attorney General shall refer the concerned employee or officer to the authority for departmental action in accordance with the prevailing law. (3) If written according to sub-section (2), the relevant authority shall take departmental action against such employee or officer according to the prevailing law and inform the Attorney General.
